Warner Bros. has announced that it will release the first season of "Life Goes On" on DVD May 9,2006. This 22 episode box set will retail for about $35.00 and will be available at most major retail outlets. "Life Goes On" originally aired on Sunday nights on A.B.C.-T.V. from 1989-1993.This award winning,heartwarming family drama helped to transform America's image of people with physical and mental disabilities and told the story of the triumphs and struggles of the Thatcher family, a working middle class family raising a son with Down Syndrome.The show starred Chris Burke, Patti LuPone and Kellie Martin.
